    Dyncorp international is a good company with a lot of compensation and benefit such as food allowance,Leave allowance emergence leave allowance etc

    Cons

    Duration of work is full time 12hrs daily and not even a single day to rest,7 days a week.

    Its always good for any company to give compensation,time to rest at least one day a week.

    Pros

    Company support and assistance. Training was a minimum, but we were heading into a combat zone as civilians and a very fluid work environment. I will never be able to express my gratitude to the management and support personnel of DynCorp.

    support for family in the states, especially for spouses. minimum understanding of the tax implications of promotion through the DynCorp system.
