    Excellent risk school after graduating. Great training platform and capabilities.
    Good reputation between the bulge bracket global investment banks. Fair compensation and promotion.
    International and multicultural work environment. Good work life balance.

    Cons

    Huge politics and administrative workload working at the company headquarters. Less business insight due to strong hierarchy, but usual at headquarter level.

    If you are wanting to stretch and grow and realize your potential, DB is an excellent platform to go after it. Salary. Pension. Bonus. Stock Options and value for balance is important.

    I have not seen cons. I am an eternal optimist and want the chance to be all I can become. DB is an excellent company.

    Pros

    Exposure to financial industry is endless. If you are motivated, focused and a determine you can learn so much. There are always opportunities to contribute and learn. Colleagues are always available to answer questions. But understanding how and when to present questions is critical.

    For some long hours. Personally, I loved my job!
