Pros – You learn a lot, very smart people around you, open ambience gives you a lot of room for brainstorming.

Cons – Salary is not the best you will receive related to industry, but still is enough to live well

Pros – Best work environment and professionally qualified staff in my team makes me very comfortable to work with. Excellent leadership skills within the organisation.

Cons – Staff turnover is one of the major downsides in ADNH Compass. Nothing else more than this to be described as a downside.

Pros – Friendly environment, growth possibilies, and one of the best place to work in this area. Company really cares about it's employees.

Cons – hard to move up the ladder. Location ooportunities are not very big. And limited positions within the certain location. Not very wide job selection

Advice to Senior Management – Nothing really. The all do a good job in my eyes. And at the end of the day it is hard to please everyone.
