Former Employee – worked at CIT Group
Pros – leader in the industry, excellent compensation and incentive, retired in 2009
Cons – prior management torpedoed the company, company has been crippled by regulators and losses

Pros – Wish they were still open. Excellent place to work. Very supportive from upper to mid management.
Cons – too bad they closed
technology was poor but they were making improvements
