I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Target.

Interview Details Applied online, got an email the next day to setup an appointment for an interview.
The worst experience ever. Had to wait an hour before I was called in for my interview... People walked-in after me and went in to interview before me (job fair). Did not even ask for my resume (I gave it to them in the middle of one of my interviews), did not even ask for references. Nobody else was as professionally dressed as me (everyone was wearing normal clothes). Three interview process, all in one day and were offering jobs on the stop.

Interview Question – What experience would you bring relevant to this job?   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Target in July 2014.

Interview Details I applied online only and got a call 2 months later to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was very nice and patient but the questions were somewhat hard. There was a lot of "when was a time" type questions that required me to stop and think to past experiences. Overall I was very confident about the interview but I got an email 3 days later saying they weren't interested. The entire interview process only took 5 days but was a waste of time and I felt like I wasn't even considered.

Interview Question – What would your past supervisor say your strengths and weaknesses are? When was a time you went above expectation? When was a time you worked in a team? When was a time that you had to multitask many things at once?   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Target in May 2014.

Interview Details Received a call for an interview a few days after applying. Went in for the interview and the interviewer asked me basic questions about availability, why I want to work at target, what my strength and weakness were. Then after that he asked me three questions (what would you do if.... Name a time when..) and told me to go wait in the break room for a second interview. 10 minutes later the interviewer came in and told me that the next person to interview me was "too busy with other interviews" and if I got a call back within the week, if not, then yeah..

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Target in May 2013.

Interview Details Applied online, was called 4 days later and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. Phone interview was basic questions about past work experience and how I handle customer service. Scheduled an in person interview for the next day. Consisted of a short interview with the same questions from the phone interview with a manager then watched an employee video. Had a second interview with another manager and was asked what intrigued me most about the video and about working at Target. She told me I would receive a phone call if I am hired and an email if not.

I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Target in July 2013.

Interview Details Just a few days after filling out Target's lengthy online application, a representative of the store called me to schedule an interview. They only ask a few questions, at least for the more basic positions, but the interviewer was visibly displeased when I mentioned that I only had a single semester of school left before graduating. I doubt that they would be too eager to hire someone that was unlikely to stick around after graduation.

Interview Question – Name a work situation in which you would have recanted your actions later and would have done something else.   Answer Question
