Honestly, I do not know why they don't tell applicants that they have been removed from the selection process. It is so rude not to let me know whether I am not in the running for it. I had to send a follow up email because I didn't hear anything back.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at PwC.

    Interview

After completing the online application, a member of the talent acquisition team contacted me with preliminary questions (i.e. provide an overview of your resume, strengths/weaknesses). After one week, I was notified that I would be interviewing with two directors and had to present a case study (approx. 10 minutes in length) provided 24 hours prior to the interview which was related to the job. The interview itself included a mix of behavioural questions and a general conversation to determine fit. It was a relaxed interview style - they were interested in truly getting to know you, how you prefer to work and whether you are a good fit for the team and PwC.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at PwC.

    Interview

I interviewed with about 5 different people over the course of 2.5 months via phone. The conversations were more informal than expected and lasted 30 minutes each. The final interview was in-person and the interviewer was over an hour late!! He didn't even apologize and told me he decided to grab some food -- while he was still running late -- which further contributed to the delay. Like why point out the fact that you are a rude and inconsiderate person? I thought it was unprofessional and I got the impression that he wasn't taking me seriously as a candidate. Not exactly someone I'd want to work with or for, so it was all good when I did not receive an offer.

    Interview Questions

    • The gentleman at the final interview was very curious to know why I left my previous employer. I didn't think we cut to the chase with respect to questions around my adequacy for the position at hand.   Answer Question

    Interview

Two rounds of interviews: first round strictly based on behavioural questions and the second round was composed of two parts - one on one interview with a partner which was purely conversational and a two on one portion which as also behavioural like the first round.

I enjoyed the interview process and thought it was a great way to get to know more about the firm, their core values, and what they expect to see in people they want.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at PwC in September 2014.

    Interview

First round was through campus interview. Basic behavioural questions. Nothing unexpected.
The second round was on site professional talent centre includes 4 parts, which are group exercise, written report, partner interview, and office tour.
Partner interview was the easiest one. Also behavioural questions and a chance you can ask questions. Just show your passion you will be fine.
I failed in written part according to the feedback they gave. We are required to write a report based on given facts (8,9 pages) in half an hour. Grammar issues. sigh.. I believe they were testing your ability to filter necessary information from a bunch of facts and organize a report in limited time.
Group exercise is not that hard I thought. All you need to do is sharing information and discussing just like the case you have in school.

Still a valuable experience. Staff are professional and passionate.
Not bad for my first official interview.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at PwC (Edmonton, AB) in September 2014.

    Interview

The interview consists of mainly behavioral and company questions. They are mainly testing to see if you are a good fit for the company. There are also a few on the understanding of the CPA process. They will ask "why" questions quite a bit: Why did you apply to PwC? Why this location? Why audit? The interviewers seemed borderline disinterested.

    Interview

I'm trying to remain as anonymous as I possibly can, but I should share my experience as a heads up for others.
I had a panel interview, then got a call 4 days later that I was the chosen candidate Two hours later the offer was withdrawn (no fault of my own really, they just decided to go with someone "internal"). I did not do anything crazy, like quit my current job or anything, and I was not upset that I did not get the job, I just thought that the way they handled it was extremely unprofessional.
