Interview Details

Contacted by Head Teller to schedule an interview the day after applying online. First interview with Head Teller and Assistant Manager. The questions are average:

Q: Tell me about yourself?
Q: Tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
Q: If I called your former boss, what do you think they would say about you?
Q: Tell me about your cash-handling experience?
Q: Why did you leave your last job?

A few hours after the interview, was contacted by HR and was interviewed over the phone. She filled in a few questions that wasn't covered by the interviewers, wage and hours.

Her questions were:

Q: Tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
Q: Tell me about your cash-handling experience?
Q: If hired, how long do you think you'll stay with the company?
Q: Problems commuting to work if any and if you have any problems dressing professionally.
