I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at J.P. Morgan in January 2013.

Interview Details Contacted by Head Teller to schedule an interview the day after applying online. First interview with Head Teller and Assistant Manager. The questions are average:

Q: Tell me about yourself?
Q: Tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
Q: If I called your former boss, what do you think they would say about you?
Q: Tell me about your cash-handling experience?
Q: Why did you leave your last job?

A few hours after the interview, was contacted by HR and was interviewed over the phone. She filled in a few questions that wasn't covered by the interviewers, wage and hours.

Her questions were:

Q: Tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
Q: Tell me about your cash-handling experience?
Q: If hired, how long do you think you'll stay with the company?
Q: Problems commuting to work if any and if you have any problems dressing professionally.

Interview Question – Describe your previous or current job and relate it to a bank teller.   Answer Question
