I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Bank of America in January 2013.

Interview Details 1. Submit online application
2. Submit teller aptitude test
3. Get contacted via phone by recruiter. Recruiter sets up date/time for phone interview. Also sends link to required background check
4. Phone interview. Interviewer goes of over the opening's location, work schedule (Mon-Thurs 1:15 to 6pm, number of hours (20), and pay ($11.35/hr). Then basic questions: Do you have cash handling experience? Do you have customer service experience? Why did leave your last employer/ Why do you want to leave your current employer?
