Good pay while you're away. Part-time starts with 3 weeks.
3 weeks paid vacation plus 7 personal days per year
You got 4 weeks per year right at te start + 13 personnal days per year starting Luly 1st of each year.
Good vacation time paid off
Acquire 2-3 weeks paid vacation upon hire. Worst thing is picking vacation dates/blocks is seniority based; takes years to get the shift, work section, and secured vacation dates that you want.
More time off than average to start, difficulty actually being able to use that time.
3 week in the year for new employees full time
best is a very low budget, worst is very intensive work-life balance.
